- 1 kg Sympli Yam Cubes
- 50g Sympli African Chilli (Tatase)
- 50g Sympli African Chilli (Atarodo)
- 100g green beans
- 100g carrot, diced
- 150g onion, diced
- 100ml vegetable oil
- 1 tsp ground pepper
- 5 drops of soy sauce
- 2 tbsp dry chilli powder
- 200g cauliflower florets
- 500g chicken, shredded
- 2 chicken seasoning cubes
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 100g green bell pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 medium sized cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro
- Salt to taste
How to Prepare Yam with Chicken & Vegetables using Symplinatural.
Yam with Chicken & Vegetables .
Heat oil in a saucepan, add garlic, and fry until golden brown. Add diced onion, shredded chicken and chicken seasoning; stir-fry for 3 minutes.
Add green bell pepper, Sympli Tatase Chilli, green beans, carrot, cabbage, cauliflower and ground pepper; stir-fry for another 3 minutes. Add salt and soy sauce; set the mixture aside.
Empty Sympli Yam Cubes into 1500ml boiling water, add salt, and cook for 20 minutes.
Drain the water, and combine with the stir-fried vegetables. Stir gently and simmer for 3 minutes.
