- 1 pack Sympli Yam Cubes
- 400ml water
- 100ml vegetable oil
- 50g African Chilli (Tatase)
- 30g African Chilli (Atarodo)
- 150g onion, diced
- 8 fresh small prawns (Deveined and de-shelled)
- 8 deveined sardines
- Small bunch of spinach leaves
- Salt to taste
How to Prepare Yam Stew using Symplinatural Product.
Grind together the Tatase chilli, Atarodo chilli and diced onion until a smooth paste is formed. Set aside.
Boil water in a medium-sized pot, and add Sympli African Yam Cubes with salt. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the smooth chilli paste, vegetable oil, sardines, spinach and fresh deveined prawns. Cook for 20 more minutes.
