• 1 pack Sympli Yam Cubes
  • 400ml water
  • 100ml vegetable oil
  • 50g African Chilli (Tatase)
  • 30g African Chilli (Atarodo)
  • 150g onion, diced
  • 8 fresh small prawns (Deveined and de-shelled)
  • 8 deveined sardines
  • Small bunch of spinach leaves
  • Salt to taste


How to Prepare Yam Stew using Symplinatural Product.

Yam Stew

Grind together the Tatase chilli, Atarodo chilli and diced onion until a smooth paste is formed. Set aside.

Boil water in a medium-sized pot, and add Sympli African Yam Cubes with salt. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the smooth chilli paste, vegetable oil, sardines, spinach and fresh deveined prawns. Cook for 20 more minutes.
