- 1 pack of Sympli Yam Cubes
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 green bell peppers
- ½ medium sized onion
- Pinch of Salt
- 1 seasoning cube (optional)
- 2 Tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 bunch fresh Lettuce
How to Prepare Yam Salad using Symplinatural Recipes.
Boil Sympli Yam Cubes in 60mL of water for 4 to 5 minutes.
Season with cube (optional).
Drain excess water from cooked yam and set aside.
Dice onions, red and green bell peppers.
Now add boiled yam, diced onions, red and green bell peppers into a mixing bowl and mix together with mayonnaise. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for 30 mins or preferred time.
