  • 1 tbsp barbeque sauce
  • 3 seasoning cubes
  • Thyme leaves

How to Prepare Yam Fries Barbeque Turkey using Symplinatural Recipes;

Wash turkey, and cook in a pot with 2 seasoning cubes, ½ teaspoon seasoned salt, fresh thyme and a small amount of water. After cooking for 30 minutes, carefully cut the turkey into small pieces.

Prepare the marinade: mix ketchup, barbeque sauce, 2 seasoning cubes, and vegetable oil. Add turkey pieces to the mixture, and leave to marinate for 5-6 mins before grilling. Grill for 15 minutes, turning evenly and set aside.

Dice the scotch bonnet peppers and ½ onion. Add in a pot with 2 seasoning cubes, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and ½ teaspoon of complete seasoning. Fry until onions are golden brown, about 8 minutes.

Heat oil in deep fryer for about 3 minutes; add Sympli Yam Fries and allow to cook for about 5 mins, turning carefully.

CAUTION: The oil may bubble and pop out of the fryer. Place only one piece at a time into the hot oil. Fry only moderate amounts of frozen food at a time, making sure to remove freezer burn or any excess ice before cooking. If frozen pieces get stuck together, they should be allowed to defrost slightly and then broken up before inserting into hot oil. DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED WHEN FRYING.

Place cooked fries into a large plate, and add add seasoning salt. Serve with barbeque turkey and pepper sauce on the side.
