- Sympli yam cubes
- 1 Medium sized red bell pepper
- 1 Medium sized green bell pepper
- 1 Medium yellow bell pepper
- 1 large onion bulb
- 4 habanero peppers, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- Salt to taste
- ¼ dry rosemary
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 seasoning cube
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Chicken sausage, chopped
How to Prepare Yam and Chicken Sausage Stir Fry.
Heat up 350ml of water and place Sympli yams in boiling water and salt to taste. Allow to cook for 8 mins, drain yams and set aside.
Slice bell peppers into long strips, mince onion and habanero pepper.
Heat up a frying pan, place butter to melt, add minced onion and habanero pepper. Add chopped sausage then sauté for 7 mins on low heat while constantly stirring.
Add all bell peppers, rosemary, black pepper, seasoning cube, ketchup and salt to taste.
Sauté again for 5 mins with constant stir, and serve with boiled yam cubes.
