  • 3 large ripe avocados
  • ½ medium sized tomato (chopped)
  • ¼ medium sized onion (chopped)
  • 1 tsp coriander (chopped)

Plantain Chips and Guacamole

How to Prepare Plantain Chips and Guacamole using Symplinatural Recipes.

Peel avocado and remove the pit. In a bowl, mash the peeled avocado until you get an even mash or consistency. Add chopped onion, tomato, coriander, and mix properly. Add lime juice and salt to taste.

Your guacamole is ready. Set aside.

In a bowl, empty a pack of Sympli Unripe Plantain Chips and deep fry for 8 mins while checking constantly till they are crispy, salt it evenly and set aside.

CAUTION: The oil may bubble and pop out of the fryer. Place only one piece at a time into the hot oil. Fry only moderate amounts of frozen food at a time, making sure to remove freezer burn or any excess ice before cooking. If frozen pieces get stuck together, they should be allowed to defrost slightly and then broken up before inserting into hot oil. DO NOT LEAVE UNATTENDED WHEN FRYING.

Serve Sympli Plantain chips with guacamole.
