• 1 packet Sympli yam fries
  • 1 large onion chopped
  • 1 red, yellow and green peppers each cut into large chunks
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 handful green beans
  • 300 g skinless chicken breast cut into bite sizes
  • 400 g tomato purée or blended fresh tomatoes
  • 50 ml oil
  • Salt and seasoning


How to Prepare Moroccan Chicken and Vegetable Tajine

Boil Sympli yam fries and set aside to cool.

Stir-fry onions until translucent, then add chicken and spice blend. Fry till almost cooked.

Add blended tomatoes and slow-simmer under medium heat for about 30 minutes. Add chicken stock or water if necessary. Season with salt and chicken seasoning cube.

Add vegetables and cook for 10 minutes and serve hot.
