- 1 Pack of Sympli yam cubes
- 2 Sausages
- ½ medium onion, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 2 seasoning cubes
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 8 cooking spoons of tomato-pepper mix
How to Prepare Yam Hash with Eggs and Sausage .
Heat up 235ml of water in a pot. Add Sympli yam cubes and allow to cook for 6 minutes.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to a separate pan, chop sausages and add to the pan, allow to cook until brown. Transfer to a plate, and set aside.
Chop garlic and onions, and set aside.
Heat up another tablespoon of butter in a pan. Add oil and sauté garlic and onions. Add boiled yam cubes to the pan, black pepper, seasoning, rosemary, sausage, then add tomato-pepper mix.
Allow to simmer for 5 mins.
Break eggs whole into three different parts of the pan. Cover the pan and simmer on low heat till the egg sets.
Sprinkle parsley and serve hot.
